First Bus has issued new timetables starting on 3rd August offering additional services between Timsbury and Bristol and Bath.
The 178 will restart Saturday service with buses every two hours. In addition there will be a new service using early morning and late evening buses on the 171 and 172 routes.
The Monday to Friday the 171 morning services will leave Farmborough at 5.13; 5.33; 6.03; 6.13; 6.33; 6.43; and 7.03 and travel via Timsbury, High Littleton, Paulton and Radstock arriving an hour and ten minutes later. On Saturdays the service will depart at 5.08; 5.33;6.08 and 6.38. On Sundays and Bank Holidays it will be 7.06; 7.58; 8.11 and 8.56.
The 172 service from Bath to Timsbury and Farmborough is scheduled to leave 20.00; 21.00; 23.25 and 00.25 (Monday to Saturday). On Sundays and Bank Holidays it is due to leave at 20.56; 22.30 and 23.30.
