Timsbury missed a great opportunity to end their search for a first win of the season in the Bristol and District League Division 1 when they went down to a 24-run home defeat against second in the table Lansdown second eleven. After bowling first they had their high-flying Bath opponents in all sorts of trouble at 62-8 thanks mainly to a fine early spell from Sam Hoddinott who took 3-16 in his eight overs and the ever-consistent Martin Richards. Sam Bowery then changed the complexion of the … [Read more...] about Timsbury cricket 27.06.2026

05/06/2026 by Timsbury Parish Council

There was sadness at the annual Presentation night of Timsbury Football Club which was held at the Cricket Clubroom following the recent death of Adie Heal. On the field it had been another difficult year for the club.
