At their meeting on 2nd February 2026 Timsbury Parish Council unanimously objected to planning application 25/04918/OUT for the development of up to 170 dwellings on Emlett Field submitted by Waddeton Park Ltd.  A detailed document has been submitted to B&NES Planners detailing the 26 reasons why they are not supporting the application.
