On a day when so much went right off the pitch Timsbury failed to match it on the field losing by seven wickets at home to Bath 3rd XI  in the  Bristol and District League Division 1. There was a nail-biting finish to Timsbury’s first home match in the  Bristol and District League Division 1 but in the end they were 0n the wrong end of a low scoring contest against Hanham. A convincing 61-run home victory over bottom club Clevedon 2nd XI has seen Timsbury rise to the top of the Bristol and District League Division 1 with just two games of the season remaining. Another fine all round team effort saw Timsbury First Eleven overcome promotion rivals Lodway. Midsomer Norton seconds had much the better of things in their local derby at Timsbury winning comfortably by 63 runs in the Bristol and District League Division 1.
