At their meeting on 2nd February 2026 Timsbury Parish Council unanimously objected to planning application 25/04918/OUT for the development of up to 170 dwellings on Emlett Field submitted by Waddeton Park Ltd. A detailed document has been submitted to B&NES Planners detailing the 26 reasons why they are not supporting the application.
Residents have until 12th February 2026 to comment on the planning application by going to the B&NES planning portal https://app.bathnes.gov.uk/webforms/planning/search.html and entering planning application reference 25/04918/OUT.
