The HENRY programme is a free eight-week course for parents and carers of children aged nought to five years old. The programme is designed to help little ones get off to a great start. Dr Bruce Laurence, Director of Public Health at Bath & North East Somerset Council, yesterday called for people in the Somer Valley to “up their game” in responding to a worrying increase in Covid-19 cases in the area. More buses from August 3rd
First Bus has issued new timetables starting on 3rd August offering additional services between Timsbury and Bristol and Bath. The 178 will restart Saturday service with buses every two hours. In addition there will be a new service using early morning and late evening buses on the 171 and 172 routes. A new pet shop called Canine Craze has opened in South Road in what was the hairdressers. This is a welcomed new service that pet owners can enjoy.
