Timsbury relinqished their position in the top two of   the Bristol and District League Division 1 after a disappointing eight-wicket defeat away to fellow promotion rivals Portishead. The result saw the home team move above Timsbury into second place with Golden Hill seconds ahead at the top. Timsbury cricket 18.05.2024

Despite being without a large number of  regular first team players Timsbury romped to a convincing 10-wicket win away to Clevedon seconds in  the Bristol and District League Division 1.The home side were dismissed for 86 and acting captain Mark Sage and Greg Passingham guided Timsbury to victory in 18.2 overs. Sage ended 42 not out and Passingham was unbeaten on 33. Earlier the visiting spinners had set up the win. New cricket season ahead

Saturday May 4th sees Timsbury Cricket Club embark on another season in the Bristol and District League with the first team at home to Golden Hill Second eleven. Last year was a disappointing one on the playing side with the first team relegated into the Bristol and District League Division 1. Football 30.03.2024: Timsbury Athletic 1 Stockwood Wanderers 1

Timsbury Athletic and Stockwood Wanderers shared the spoils in an evenly-contested match in the Uhlsport Somerset County League Premier Division  with both sides having the chance to capture all three points. The visitors made a strong start and Jack Moore twice came close to snatching the lead only to put both of his shots the wrong side of the post.
