12/09/2023 by Timsbury Parish Council

Roger Bird has been such an influential member of Timsbury Cricket Club for so long that it is difficult to envisage a future without him. As a player he was a fearless and outstanding wicket-keeper and was still playing well into his seventies. So much of his work, however, revolved around his encouragement for the young players in the club both as a youth organiser and … [Read more...] about Roger Bird – a Cricket Club legend

04/09/2023 by Timsbury Parish Council

After a season plagued by wet weather the sun shone for the final game of the season but there were no celebrations for Timsbury who lost by two wickets away to Old Bristolians Westbury to finish in the bottom two of the Bristol and District League Senior Division. 30/07/2023 by Timsbury Parish Council
